Prospective BOMA Wichita Members:
BOMA Wichita has two levels of membership: Principal and Associate.
A principal member is a property owner or manager. An associate member is a supplier, contractor, or other type of vendor that provides services to the commerical building industry.
The dues schedule is as follows:
Principal: $454.00
Additional Principal: $200.00
Associate: $400.00
Additional Associate: $200.00
We also offer prepaid lunches for the year for $100.00 per person. If you choose not to prepay for lunches, each one is around $12.00.
Our Wichita chapter has seen tremendous growth in 2008 and we hope for the same or better in 2009 and 2010.
