Founded in 1907, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International is a dynamic international federation of 84 United States and 10 Canadian local associations representing over 6 billion square feet of commercial properties and facilities in North America. National associations are affiliated from Australia, Japan, Korea, Phillipines and South Africa. Members-At-Large represent nearly a dozen more countries around the world. BOMA's primary mission is to actively represent and promote the interests of the commercial real estate industry through effective leadership and advocacy, through the collection, analysis and dissemination of information, and through professional development.
